IMS Senior Manager of Expert Search Mary Ann Decker is responsible for directing all research efforts, defining and improving research methodology, developing standard operating procedures, managing search quality and performance, training and developing team members, and collaborating across departments to align business growth and development.
During her almost 12 years with IMS, Mary Ann has served as sales administrator, senior recruiter, and senior researcher, which has afforded her the opportunity to work on some of IMS’ most interesting and notable cases. These include high-stakes matters involving finance, technology, life sciences, and business.
Outside of work, Mary Ann’s hobbies include traveling, baking, playing the drums, and spending time with her family.
