Prior to joining IMS Legal Strategies, Thomas was regional manager for EmCare, a physician recruiting organization that staffed hospital emergency departments. In that role, he developed contracts with hospitals, managed those contracts, maintained communication with hospital administration, and oversaw day-to-day scheduling. Thomas has a BA degree from The University of the South.
