Joe Maronick is the Director of Business Development for First Court, An IMS Legal Strategies Company. He serves as a client services leader, overseeing business development, client strategy, and nationwide consulting operations while leading industry specific prospecting efforts focused on litigation and legal technology solutions.
Joe was in senior executive leadership at First Court, Inc. prior to its acquisition by IMS Legal Strategies. There, he drove significant revenue growth, launched new service divisions, secured enterprise insurance contracts, and managed high-profile litigation engagements. He also held senior strategic management roles with Advantages Sales and Marketing and Swisher International, where he led high-performing teams in the successful execution of multi-state sales operations and business development plans.
Joe lives in Denver and loves spending time with his wife and two boys, especially outdoors—whether it’s carving down snowy slopes, enjoying a round of golf, or exploring the beauty of a new national park together.
