Lori excels as a thought leader and mentor in all operations areas, including recruiting, performance development, quality assurance, and program management. She delivers forward-thinking solutions to business challenges within the culture of IMS’s core values.
Before joining IMS, Lori held director positions in both operations and creative services at KPMG, where she implemented innovative business solutions to increase operational effectiveness and performance. She previously honed her leadership skills and industry knowledge over nearly two decades with a litigation graphics firm, progressively advancing through increasingly senior operational roles.
Lori is based in Atlanta and lives with her Sheepadoodle, Winnie. Outside the office, she enjoys outdoor adventures, travel, and spending time with friends and family.
