Matt Garner

Matt Garner is a medical expert associate recruiter at IMS Legal Strategies. He is integral to the growth of IMS’s specialized medical expert witness services and is dedicated to sourcing top-tier medical expert candidates for clients involved in injury-related matters.

Prior to joining IMS in 2022, Matt gained more than 10 years of experience across a variety of healthcare settings, including as an EMT/Paramedic. Matt attended the University of West Florida, receiving his Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration. He holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and has a keen interest in process improvement, team productivity, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Matt is a long-time resident of Gulf Breeze, FL. When not working, he enjoys writing, cooking, digital art, mixing music, and spending time with his wife and six children.
