Tony Carmack, Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development, brings specialized finance and accounting expertise to IMS. He is a strategic leader with more than 15 years of experience in the professional services and construction industries. His extensive background runs the gamut of working at public, private, and private equity-sponsored companies.
Tony enjoys applying his skill sets at high-growth companies and continually refining processes and technology to improve performance. He has successfully led many finance and accounting teams through multiple mergers and acquisitions.
Currently, Tony is an active Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas. He graduated from Brigham Young University – Idaho with a Bachelor of Science in accounting and a minor in Spanish. Later, he furthered his education at Idaho State University and the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater to obtain his MBA while working full–time.
