Don's acumen spans engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and business development. His ability to craft visionary strategies and guide multidisciplinary teams has been instrumental in driving success and overseeing expansion into new markets around the globe.
Before stepping into his current role, Don collaborated with IMS leadership as an outside consultant, contributing to several high-impact programs across all service lines. He is a people-focused servant leader who brings unique talents, skills, and insights to IMS.
Don holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Finance from the University of Detroit Mercy.
