Throughout his career, Pete has demonstrated a unique ability to build and lead high-performing teams, develop strategic partnerships, and navigate complex business environments. Pete’s leadership philosophy centers on knowing his “why.” Combined with planning, consistency, and a relentless drive to overcome challenges, this makes him a trusted partner for clients and a mentor to his teams.

Prior to joining IMS, Pete established himself as an accomplished entrepreneur and business executive with a proven record of driving growth and innovation across multiple companies in the legal industry. As founder and president of a company specializing in eDiscovery and digital forensics, he helped organizations identify, collect, and manage data for litigation and regulatory inquiries. He has spent more than twenty years managing sales teams and operations in companies providing digital document solutions and data discovery in the legal space.

Pete has also raised over $100,000 benefiting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society as a volunteer, mentor, and cycling coach, and he was recognized as LLS-Rocky Mountain Chapter’s Volunteer of the Year. He is based in Denver and a father of two children.
