From employee recruitment to client partnership, IMS strives to ensure a diverse and equitable atmosphere where everyone knows they are welcome and belong.

Committed to DEIB Efforts

DEIB is a fundamental part of the IMS workplace community. We sincerely believe that unique points of view lead to a stronger and more creative organization, and we passionately support efforts to promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

Diversity of thought has been a critical driver of innovation and success throughout IMS’s history. We understand that our future achievements are built on a fair experience for everyone. We also know that maintaining a welcoming environment requires strong core values and inclusive leaders to cultivate trust among our team and clients.

IMS launched a comprehensive DEIB program in 2019 that continues to grow. From firm-wide initiatives to employee-led events, this program offers valuable opportunities for us to gain a more holistic understanding of important issues and engage with diverse perspectives.

What Is DEIB?

  • Diversity

    Refers to people's race, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, nationality, socioeconomic status, language, disability, age, religious commitment, or political perspective.

  • Equity

    Promotes justice, impartiality, and fairness within the procedure, processes, and distribution of resources by institutions or systems.

  • Inclusion

    Ensures people of all diverse backgrounds are welcome and have a seat at the table. This involves giving all employees the power to weigh in on important decisions and participate in development opportunities.

  • Belonging

    The feeling of security and support when there is a sense of acceptance, inclusion, and identity for a member of a certain group. It is when an individual can bring their authentic self to work.
