Adapting to the Modern Jury in the Post-Truth Era

Identify biases, maximize cause challenges, and sharpen your jury selection strategy.

Workshop Details

Jurors are influenced by factors far beyond political leanings, making traditional voir dire methods insufficient. This workshop equips attorneys with advanced techniques to uncover hidden biases, identify “stealth” jurors, and frame case themes effectively—thus maximizing cause challenges and shaping a favorable jury.

Customize your experience by selecting one of two modules led by our senior consultants: The Rise of Safetyism and Its Impact on Litigation or Developing Themes, Framing, and Messaging. Alternatively, opt for a high-level overview of both. Contact us for more details.
