As a member of the litigation consulting team, Arielle Davis specializes in applying IMS’s innovative research methods to shape compelling legal strategies. Her expertise lies at the intersection of behavioral science and data analytics, helping attorneys uncover what drives juror decision-making in complex litigation.
Leveraging her background in statistical analysis and predictive modeling, Arielle designs and analyzes customized surveys, enabling legal teams to make informed decisions in selecting winning case themes.
Arielle plays an integral role in coordinating and executing mock trials, ensuring seamless logistics and delivering comprehensive post-event reports that enhance strategy refinement. She collaborates in preparing witnesses for testimony, ensuring clarity, consistency, and credibility on the stand. She conducts targeted online research to reveal potential biases, beliefs, and behavioral patterns among jurors to provide crucial intelligence to assist clients in jury selection.
While attending UCLA, Arielle contributed to academic articles and research proposals as a technical consultant and performed litigation research for a lawsuit involving higher education. She also worked with UCLA to support pre-production planning and on-the-ground coordination of the Annual Shea Butter Festival in Accra, Ghana, to recognize decades of work by 50 women in the shea butter production industry.
In addition, Arielle is an award-winning author, a nationally acclaimed poet, a documentary filmmaker, and has taught creative writing at the University of Southern California.
