IMS Case Manager Eileen Jasso collaborates with attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, insurance professionals, and experts to support medical disputes throughout the litigation process. She manages expert commitments, coordinates scheduling of medical examinations, depositions, and trial appearances, and ensures all deadlines are met.
As the liaison for more than 300 active cases, Eileen provides timely updates, addresses questions, and serves as the primary point of contact for expert inquiries and issue resolution. She also partners with the sales team to support new and existing clients and is committed to continually improving expert engagement processes and client service.
Prior to joining IMS, Eileen worked in litigation support, client relations, and insurance services, where she developed valuable expertise in case management, attorney and expert coordination, document organization, and client communication.
Eileen lives in the San Antonio area.
