Life Care Planning Client Services Specialist Tabitha Freeman brings extensive hands-on legal experience to her role at IMS Legal Strategies. She began her career at a private law firm in Tyler, Texas, and later served as the criminal court coordinator for the 241st District Court of Smith County under Judge Jack Skeen Jr. Her time in the courtroom deepened her interest in both civil and criminal law, ultimately leading to her position as a paralegal with the Smith County District Attorney’s Office. Tabitha joined MacKenzie Life Care Planning in 2023 as Case Manager Support and quickly advanced to Case Manager, working closely with Certified Life Care Planners on traumatic injury cases. Today, she serves as Client Services Specialist for IMS’s Life Care Planning division, supporting seamless collaboration between life care planners and clients.
In her free time, Tabitha enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors. When she’s not working, she’s often gardening, tending to her chickens, reading, or taking on home improvement projects.
