Monae has more than 15 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, previously serving as Director of Legal Recruiting at a recruiting, staffing, and development organization and as Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at a recruiting agency specializing in legal and professional services. In these roles, she designed and executed recruitment strategies, advanced DEI initiatives, and ensured superior candidate experiences.
