Lance Hargrove

Lance Hargrove has played a large role in helping IMS become the nation’s leading provider of trial and expert services for complex litigation. In his present position as Client Relationship Manager, Lance aligns Am Law 200 litigators with first-class expert witnesses and with consulting services designed to sharpen and perfect case strategies. He has found experts and consultants for a wide range of practice areas, including intellectual property, securities, antitrust, environmental, and financial and banking law. As he seeks solutions for his clients’ needs, Lance’s goal is always to ensure they succeed at trial.

Before his present role, Lance spent over two years as a client service specialist, working alongside client managers to search for, vet, and professionally manage best-in-class subject matter experts. During that time, he developed extensive knowledge about experts and industries involved with transportation, autonomous vehicles, biopharmaceuticals, cybersecurity, and computer software, hardware, and networks. In his early days at IMS, Lance started out as a researcher and quickly moved into the role of research lead. In this position, he provided strategic guidance for the research team members who were locating and qualifying experts.

Lance says that his experiences working with experts from around the world has broadened his perspectives and brought him much personal fulfillment. He possesses a BA in philosophy from University of West Florida. Outside of work, he enjoys playing, coaching, and watching soccer, and he supports Orlando SC and Liverpool FC.
