Sabrina Nordquist, JD serves as Senior Director of Global Strategy for IMS, where she leads the strategic direction of the firm’s Litigation Consulting and Advisory practices, aligning expertise, innovation, and insight to drive meaningful outcomes for clients. Her expertise spans litigation consulting, operations, organizational growth, marketing, strategy and people leadership.

With nearly three decades of experience across the legal industry, Sabrina brings a rare, 360-degree perspective. She has held consulting and senior leadership positions at top litigation consulting firms, an AmLaw 100 law firm, and multiple legal services organizations across alternative legal staffing, eDiscovery, and recruiting fields—giving her firsthand insight into every major segment of the legal services ecosystem. Her work is grounded in a deep understanding of how legal organizations operate, compete, and evolve.

Sabrina is known for building and guiding high-performing teams that deliver exceptional client outcomes to the nation’s leading trial lawyers and Fortune 500 legal departments. Her career has included roles as a lawyer, trial consultant, operational leader, revenue producer, change manager, and merger integration lead. Having lived and worked in several major legal markets including Miami, Los Angeles, and Atlanta, she has developed a sophisticated understanding of the structural, cultural, and economic forces shaping the profession—allowing her to anticipate challenges, connect disciplines, and drive client focused results.

Sabrina earned both her JD and BA from the University of Florida. She has written and spoken on law firm management and profitability, legal operations, trial strategy, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. She is an active member of the American Society of Trial Consultants.
