Adam Bloomberg, Senior Client Success Advisor with IMS Legal Strategies, has 30 years of experience in litigation support and has consulted with hundreds of trial teams and corporate clients to develop communication strategies and presentations that inform and compel the deciders of fact. Adam has led trial and war-room technology and logistics efforts across numerous case types, including product liability, financial, employment, transportation, toxic tort, and commercial. He “hot seated” more than 1,000 trials, hearings, focus groups, and mock trials, including Conwood v. US Tobacco (the largest antitrust verdict ever collected).
Adam plays a pivotal role collaborating across IMS with litigation consultants, account managers, and management to develop client outreach and growth strategies. Offering further strategic guidance to trial lawyers, he has published articles on presentation technology and visual advocacy in various professional outlets such as the National Law Journal and Law360.
Adam received his BS in communications from Texas Christian University. He lives in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with his wife and two daughters.
