Sydney Decker is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor with more than a decade of expertise in vocational rehabilitation. Qualified as an expert witness by the Social Security Administration, Sydney specializes in conducting earning capacity evaluations for plaintiff and defense cases, analyzing a person’s ability to work and earn wages after an accident or injury. She also provides earning capacity evaluation services in marital dissolution and employment law cases. Her expertise extends to a broad range of services, including vocational testing, skills analysis, labor market surveys, and the development of rehabilitation plans.
Sydney earned her master’s in vocational rehabilitation counseling from Auburn University and holds a certificate in Forensic Vocational Rehabilitation from the University of Florida. An active member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP), she is deeply committed to enhancing individuals’ quality of life.
