Kimberly White, MBA, serves as a research director in the litigation surveys and consumer science division at IMS Legal Strategies. Kimberly is a certified and experienced researcher who designs and manages research projects in advertising claim substantiation, intellectual property (IP) litigation, and marketing research. Her work includes studies on likelihood of confusion, secondary meaning, false advertising, product testing, attitude and usage surveys, concept testing, and brand extension. In addition to experience in survey-based research, she has moderated focus groups and conducted in-depth interviews (IDIs) as part of qualitative research projects.

Kimberly joined IMS via the firm’s acquisition of MMR Strategy Group. She previously managed concept evaluation, brand strategy, and customer satisfaction studies at Lieberman Research Worldwide (LRW). Earlier in her career, at the advertising agency RPA, she conducted creative testing and media effectiveness studies to measure and refine advertising campaigns.

Kimberly holds an MBA from Loyola Marymount University and a BA in psychology from the University of Southern California. She has earned the Insights Professional Certification (IPC) from the Insights Association and has completed specialized training and earned certificates in Market Research (University of Georgia) and Qualitative Research Moderation (RIVA Training Institute).

A recent transplant to Denver, Colorado, Kimberly enjoys relaxing walks and capturing the beauty of nature through photography —whether it is a snowy winter, colorful fall, blooming spring, or sunny summer day.
