Barbara Day is a senior case manager in the medical expert witness services division at IMS Legal Strategies. Barbara provides guidance to case managers, delivers exceptional customer service to clients, and leads expert education initiatives.
With more than 20 years of litigation experience, she brings a deep understanding of both plaintiff and insurance defense perspectives in personal injury and medical malpractice matters. Her extensive background includes drafting discovery documents, coordinating case schedules, and ensuring compliance with court-ordered deadlines. Barbara holds HIPAA Awareness for Business Associates Certification and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance.
Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and experimenting with new recipes, gardening, reading, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
