She also assists IMS case managers in handling complex or crisis situations and provides proactive support to enable exceptional service.

Sandy builds strong relationships among experts, clients, and case managers, cultivating a collaborative environment that drives successful outcomes. With nearly two decades of experience as a paralegal in personal injury law and a proven track record in team leadership, she leverages her deep understanding of litigation processes to provide effective guidance. Sandy has also managed multidistrict litigation (MDL) cases, which strengthened her strategic skills in high-stakes, multi-faceted legal matters.

Sandy enjoys plant-based cooking in her personal time and has been a vegetarian for 25 years.
