Ricketta Pointer, EdD

Rickee Pointer, IMS Director of Revenue Operations, is an accomplished and innovative operations professional with more than 20 years of experience across business administration, sales, and marketing, with an emphasis on training and development to optimize productivity and collaboration.

As the director of our Revenue Operations department, Rickee leads an internal team that strategically leverages industry insights and proprietary tools to enable IMS to deliver excellent client service. Rickee has a proven track record of driving revenue through the positioning of operations professionals in key areas, including strategy, technology, performance, and support. Internal and external clients rely on her team to continually identify, evaluate, and share critical information that is integrated into the case progression and allows IMS to best meet the current and emerging needs of the world’s best litigators.

During her career, Rickee has been a member and leader of cross-functional teams to conduct site analyses, personnel and process assessments, and system coordination related to organizational changes, including corporate mergers and acquisitions. She holds an EdD from Trident International University, an MBA from Grand Canyon University, and a bachelor’s in international business and management from American Intercontinental University. Rickee now advises doctoral students and assists with the completion of doctoral degrees, specifically those related to the articulation of qualitative analysis.

As a board member for Project 180-Phoenix—an organization providing services to individuals with mental, physical, or substance use challenges—Rickee has been featured on podcasts to discuss mental health and spiritual wellness for professionals in the sports, business, and education industries. Additionally, Rickee is a minister who mentors young adults and women. When not working or volunteering, she enjoys singing, dancing, and playing video games with her children.
