Julia O’Reilly

Julia O'Reilly is a medical expert recruiter at IMS Legal Strategies, where she plays a pivotal role in expanding IMS’s medical expert witness services. Julia currently manages recruitment efforts in Texas, South Carolina, and Florida—conducting clinical background research, interviewing prospective experts, and onboarding qualified candidates. Her work ensures seamless coordination with the IMS case intake and case management teams.

In addition to sourcing medical experts for healthcare and injury-related matters, Julia previously served on our custom expert witness team, identifying specialized subject matter experts for complex litigation worldwide. With an academic background in criminal justice and psychology, she began her career as a legal clerk at the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania, where she verified court-appointed expert and counsel fees for civil and criminal matters. She later worked as a victim/witness services coordinator at the US Attorney’s Office, supporting victims and witnesses through court appearances and trial testimony.

Julia regularly attends annual orthopedic conferences to engage with top-tier medical experts in key geographies. She remains passionate about helping attorneys and expert witnesses elevate their practices and drive successful case outcomes.
