As IMS Senior Technology Consultant II, James expertly coordinates and displays exhibits for the benefit of the court while maintaining a dependable, predictable presentation environment. In addition to troubleshooting all technical aspects of courtroom presentations, James presents creative solutions to meet the unique demands of trial attorneys and their teams. He is also adept at managing virtual presentation technology for remote and hybrid proceedings.
James previously served as president of a successful litigation support firm for 10 years, during which time he oversaw all aspects of his client’s trial, mediation, and arbitration presentations. Prior to joining IMS, James worked with a large national firm and executed trial presentations for increasingly complex cases. His technical skills continue to garner praise from the nation’s top litigators and trial teams.
James has managed courtroom presentations in notable cases for Samsung, Ford Motor Company, Kia Motors, Walmart, Twitch, and Bose, to name a few. He supported the defense teams in Iberia Airlines and Monsanto/Bayer AG—both of which resulted in a zero-dollar verdict for the plaintiff and set precedents in the industry. James has also spoken at industry trade conventions regarding all manner of litigation support and hot seat topics.
James graduated with honors from The University of Texas at Austin and resides in the metro Austin area. His personal hobbies include guitar, photography, drone racing, video and board games, and classic cars.
