Arely Cure

As Director of Consulting Services Operations, Arely Cure develops the standards of excellence and inspires members of the consulting support teams to achieve those standards. The guiding principle for team members is to strive to exceed client expectations. Under Arely’s leadership, attorneys in the nation’s top law firms receive solid thematic strategies and rigorous research that results in meaningful data that promote case understanding. Arely oversees the profitability and long-term growth of the departments, assures projects are completed on schedule and on budget, and helps coordinate research and thought leadership projects.

Arely gained extensive experience leading people and departments while serving as practice manager at the global law firm Baker Botts and during her prior role as senior legal project analyst at the Am Law 20 firm Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld. Her financial and business management skills were honed at Lockheed Martin, where she fulfilled the role of price cost analyst and later as project manager for the executive office. During college, Arely also performed two internships for this aerospace and defense company.

Arely earned a Master of Science degree in legal administration from University of Denver, Sturm College of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at El Paso. Outside of work, she is an active member on the Community Relations Committee and Unity Council that work closely with the Arlington City Council. Arely enjoys cooking new, healthy recipes and loves to run, especially through participation in half marathons in various places around the country.
