Scott Johnson

Presentation Technology Manager

As Presentation Technology Manager with IMS Legal Strategies, Scott Johnson provides expertise on technological advances that can be applied to litigation support in order to produce the most streamlined and impactful case presentations for trial. Scott is passionate about technology and dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for our clients. He is often called upon to bring a diverse level of expertise into the preparation and presentation of their cases. Utilizing a background in videography, editing, graphic design, and professional A/V services, Scott’s role is to help clients communicate their message by employing varied presentation mediums and custom content in a visually effective and efficient manner.

Scott was formerly a partner and senior trial consultant with the trial division of Precise, Inc. He has more than a decade of courtroom experience, having sat in the “hot seat” in hundreds of matters, including injury or death due to medical malpractice and product liability claims; contract, antitrust, and employment disputes; and complex bankruptcy, intellectual property, and finance litigation.

Prior to entering the litigation support industry, Scott worked as a technical director for an audio/visual and event-staging production company based in the New York City metro area. This experience honed his client-focused skills, technical expertise, and “whatever it takes” attitude in delivering a quality product.

Scott calls Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, his home. His free time is spent with his wife and dogs, tending to his flock of backyard chickens, pursuing his passion for working on home improvement projects, and enjoying the outdoors and gardening.
