Charlotte Warmington, BSN, RN, LNCC, CLCP, serves as a certified life care planner with IMS Legal Strategies, where she provides medical-legal analysis, case evaluation, and life care planning support for matters involving complex healthcare issues. She develops comprehensive life care plans, medical cost projections, and bill audits for individuals with catastrophic injuries and chronic medical conditions.
With more than 40 years of experience spanning nursing, risk management, and medical-legal consulting, Charlotte helps attorneys analyze clinical evidence, assess liability and causation, evaluate damages, and develop effective litigation strategies for complex matters.
Early in her career, Charlotte spent a decade in clinical nursing and hospital education roles. Her clinical experience included neonatal and pediatric intensive care, obstetrics, medical-surgical nursing, orthopedic care, neonatal transport, and patient education. She later served in risk management positions with major healthcare systems, helping identify and mitigate liability exposures while promoting patient safety initiatives and clinical risk reduction programs.
Charlotte and her husband live in Houston. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, skiing, golfing, and exploring new places.
