Heather Ledbetter, MBA, brings more than 25 years of experience driving growth and leading high-performing teams in the healthcare industry to her role as Director of Client Development at IMS Legal Strategies. Heather worked with Juris Medicus prior to the firm’s merger with IMS and integration into the medical expert witness service line. She is focused on driving national expansion efforts to strengthen our expert services for injury disputes.

Armed with a strong business background and a passion for strategic leadership, Heather has successfully managed national sales organizations, consistently boosting revenue and expanding the market presence for leading healthcare companies. She previously served as National Sales Director for both Aspire Allergy & Sinus and Hamilton Vein Center, where she led large-scale business development efforts and oversaw regional and national growth initiatives.

Beyond her professional achievements, Heather is a dedicated advocate for mental health awareness. She has founded impactful community organizations focused on mental wellness and has served on the boards of several respected healthcare groups.
