Genie Johnson

As IMS Senior Director of Client Relationships, Genie Johnson provides leadership and guidance to our client management team, ultimately ensuring that our law firm and corporate legal department clients are aligned with the most effective and influential consulting services and expert witnesses.

Prior to entering the legal services industry, Genie focused on solving complex problems and providing customized solutions that promoted environmental responsibility. She has more than 25 years of experience in sales training and leadership, primarily in the telecommunications and waste/environmental management industries. Genie is also a valued leader for inclusion and diversity facilitating programs across the Southeast.

Genie obtained her B.S. from the University of Montevallo and now resides in Fairhope, AL. She is involved with the City of Fairhope Personnel Board (appointed by the Mayor and City Council) and serves as President of the non-profit All Sports Booster Club, providing financial and volunteer support for Fairhope’s middle and high school AHSAA sports teams. Outside of work, Genie enjoys attending her daughter’s sporting events and spending time with friends while enjoying the area’s beautiful beaches.
