Erica Heard

Erica Heard is a senior case manager in the medical expert witness services division at IMS Legal Strategies. Erica coordinates and oversees all scheduling related to depositions, trials, medical examinations, and expert/attorney conferences while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and seamless logistics. She also monitors and maintains court deadlines and case requirements, delivering reliable support throughout each dispute lifecycle.

Erica specializes in expert/attorney case management for injury-related matters, with a focus on building strong relationships and maintaining clear communication to ensure cases progress smoothly and efficiently. She brings exceptional organizational skills and confidence in managing complex schedules, drawing on prior experience supporting legal teams with time-sensitive deadlines and high-volume case workflows.

Outside of work, Erica serves as a board member at a local tennis center, contributing volunteer time to support community programming and facility development. She is also actively involved in youth sports and arts through her children’s activities, including baseball and dance.
