Emily Kelley is a senior medical expert recruiter for the medical expert witness services team at IMS Legal Strategies. She leads recruitment efforts in Georgia, North Carolina, and Virginia, playing an integral role in the expansion of IMS’s panel to more than 700 board-certified medical experts across 220+ clinical specialties.
Emily brings a breadth of nursing knowledge and healthcare experience to her role. Prior to joining IMS, she worked extensively as a registered nurse in both circulating and scrub capacities, covering specialties from orthopedics to open-heart surgery. She also served as the lead district nurse for Marble Falls ISD in Texas, where she autonomously managed a middle school clinic of more than 950 students while overseeing district-wide health policies and compliance.
Since transitioning into medical expert witness recruitment, Emily has successfully driven regional growth, supported complex case needs, and streamlined onboarding processes. She is also a graduate of IMS’s Talent Identification Program (TIP), where she was recognized for her presentation to the company’s executive committee.
Based in the Texas Hill Country, Emily enjoys spending her free time outdoors and on Lake Travis.
