DALLAS, TX (October 23, 2025) - IMS Legal Strategies is pleased to announce that members of the Litigation Surveys and Consumer Science team have been selected to serve on committees of the International Trademark Association (INTA) for the 2026–2027 term.
INTA committees are appointed biennially and play a vital role in shaping the global trademark and intellectual property landscape. Through their work, committee members contribute to advocacy, scholarship, professional development, and public education that support practitioners, courts, brand owners, and businesses worldwide.
INTA Committee Selections
Bruce Isaacson, DBA, Appointed to the Trademark Reporter Committee
Dr. Bruce Isaacson, IMS Senior Managing Director of Litigation Surveys and Consumer Science, will continue his longstanding service on the Trademark Reporter Committee since 2010. The committee produces The Trademark Reporter, INTA’s flagship law journal, offering thought leadership and strategic insights on trademark and false advertising issues.
Justin Anderson, PhD, Appointed to the Trademark Reporter Committee
Dr. Justin Anderson, IMS Managing Director of Litigation Surveys and Consumer Science, has also been selected to continue his service on the Trademark Reporter Committee for another term.
Keith Botner, PhD, Appointed to the Publications Committee
Dr. Keith Botner, IMS Senior Vice President of Litigation Surveys and Consumer Science, will serve an additional term on the Publications Committee, which develops and maintains INTA’s members-only legal resources, including fact sheets, checklists, industry reports, and glossaries aligned with INTA’s strategic priorities.
Cheryl Jaffee Appointed to the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SME) Resources Committee
Cheryl Jaffe, IMS Vice President of Litigation Surveys and Consumer Science, will continue her work on the SME Resources Committee. The committee creates digital tools and content to support small and medium-sized enterprises and promote trademark and IP awareness among entrepreneurs and growing businesses.
