The Minnesota Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) is hosting its annual Masters in Trial on February 25, 2026, at Robins Kaplan LLP in Minneapolis, MN. This program offers a day-long, immersive trial demonstration and skills session for civil trial advocates to observe and learn best practices in voir dire, witness examination, and overall trial strategy.

IMS Senior Jury Consulting Advisor Jill Leibold, PhD, will present Key Strategies in Jury Selection for Today’s Juror from 8:40 AM to 9:25 AM ET. Dr. Leibold specializes in understanding how evolving attitudes, including anti-corporate bias and safetyism, and courtroom dynamics influence juror decision-making. Drawing on extensive jury research and trial experience, she will share how to identify persuasive themes during voir dire, recognize potential risk factors in the jury pool, and align early juror impressions with the overall case narrative.

Connect with Dr. Leibold at the Minnesota ABOTA Masters in Trial event to discuss how IMS’s integrated consulting services can support your litigation objectives and optimize your case approach. Contact our team today to request a consultation.
