IMS Legal Strategies will sponsor and exhibit at the 49th Annual Meeting of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys (NCADA), taking place June 10–14, 2026, in Asheville, North Carolina. Held at the Omni Grove Park Inn, the meeting brings together defense attorneys, judges, and litigation professionals for CLE programming, networking, and discussions centered on the issues shaping defense practice across the state.
This year’s NCADA Annual Meeting program includes sessions on arbitration clause drafting, discovery disputes in healthcare litigation, excess exposure and professionalism, and recent decisions affecting defense strategies. Attendees will hear from speakers about the growing role of artificial intelligence in legal practice through sessions such as Rethinking AI: Curiosity, Mindset, and What’s Possible in Legal Practice and AI and the NC Courts. The event will also feature the Judicial Candidates’ Forum with candidates seeking seats on North Carolina’s appellate courts.
