The 2026 Lavender Law® Conference & Career Fair will take place July 13–15 in Chicago, IL, bringing together LGBTQ+ and ally legal professionals, law students, judges, in-house counsel, and legal employers from across the legal community.
Hosted by the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association, this Lavender Law event creates space for career development, education, networking, and conversations about the future of the legal profession. Programming spans practice areas including labor and employment, family law, healthcare law, immigration, intellectual property, and corporate law, giving attendees opportunities to engage with timely legal topics and build meaningful professional connections.
