I have worked with Tsongas trial consultants (acquired by IMS in 2023) a number of times over the years. Most recently we had a very complex and detailed securities arbitration and approached them for assistance with the closing argument presentation. They quickly got up to speed on the issues, designed and developed a number of very persuasive trial graphics for use in the closing, and they put together a highly detailed and interactive “hyper-linked” PowerPoint presentation, integrating our key documents into our persuasive themes. This managed to keep the complexity manageable and meaningful. They were timely and responsive, and working closely with us under tight time frames to get us the product we needed. The client was extremely pleased with the content and the presentation, and the arbitrators specifically commented on several of the graphic designs packaging our key evidence. I recently used Tsongas jury consulting (acquired by IMS in 2023) to assist in witness preparation and jury selection for a trial in downtown Los Angeles. They immediately made themselves available and worked with our schedule, despite hurdles, including expanding their initial time commitment to add a couple of witnesses who needed more assistance than initially anticipated. The primary benefit of their work was the significant increase in the witnesses’ self-confidence and comfort with the examination process.
