Michelle earned her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, where she was awarded the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and received the CALI Award in Trial Advocacy. Before law school, she graduated summa cum laude from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management with a concentration in Human Resources and a Minor in Pre-Law.
Michelle's legal career includes a significant role as a Litigation Strategist at Dubin Research and Consulting, where she contributed to the development of case and trial strategies through comprehensive legal and jury research. Her experience extends to conceptualizing focus group graphics and integrating information design into trial strategies. She also served as an Associate at prominent law firms specializing in securities fraud litigation.
