On September 28, IMS Senior Jury Consultant Marion Stampley will join a panel entitled “911, I Just Got Hit with a Nuclear Verdict!” to discuss the shift and focus on nuclear verdicts that is impacting whether, when, and how attorneys defend, evaluate, and try cases. This session will also address changes in the business approach of historically described advertising plaintiff’s firms.
