Texas Lawyer has nominated IMS Consulting & Expert Services in seven categories of their "Best Of 2023" award survey that seeks to identify the top vendors serving the Texas legal industry. Voting is open through May 19, 2023, with regional surveys for Austin/San Antonio, Dallas/Fort Worth, and Houston. Lawyers, legal support staff, judges, and in-house counsel can cast their votes for IMS in the following award categories:

- Best Texas-Based Expert Witness Provider (#24, #62, #100)
- Best Legal Graphics and Video Services (#25 #63, #101)

Texas Lawyer’s annual readership survey was developed to showcase the best legal products and services providers and contains multiple categories in areas essential to the industry. Following a period of analysis based on votes and feedback from the publication’s readers and professionals throughout the Texas legal industry, the top three winners in each category of the 2023 “Best Of” awards will be published in the September/October 2023 issue of Texas Lawyer.
