MEET OUR EXPERT PANELISTS:

David Gannaway is a former IRS Criminal Investigation Special Agent with more than 20 years of experience analyzing complex accounting, financial, income tax, asset forfeiture, and money laundering transactions across multiple business sectors. David has assisted attorneys in defending clients under investigation or indictment for alleged white-collar financial crimes. He also works with counsel in conducting internal corporate investigations by documenting and quantifying financial losses from employee embezzlements, vendor fraud schemes, and misappropriation of company assets.

Frank Weigand is an experienced general counsel with more than 20 years of experience across startups, global financial institutions, law firm practice, and management consulting.  Frank has deep subject matter knowledge in digital assets, securities law, derivatives, and broker-dealer regulation.  Frank has served as general counsel of two broker-dealers, one of which was a large financial firm (HSBC Securities (USA) Inc.) and the other, a startup (Oasis Pro Markets, LLC).  In addition to his subject matter expertise, Frank is experienced in building and managing legal teams, and assessing and mitigating legal risk.
