  • Deliver the Right Expert: Our case intake team then provides resumes and fee schedules to the client so they can select an expert. This team handles all details of securing the chosen expert, including verifying their availability based on case timetables and deadlines. 
  • Develop Index of Records: Once the medical expert is engaged, a case manager requests all medical records related to the case. This paves the way for our chronology team to index the records and provide a detailed guide for the expert, in which all supporting information is identified by volume and page number. 
  • Deploy Dedicated Case Managers: Our experienced paralegal case managers ensure all deadlines are met and play a crucial role in facilitating ongoing communication between attorneys and experts. They coordinate medical exams, depositions, trial appearances, and other important activities.
