Key Deadlines:

• Submission Schedules for Time and Expenses
  • Harvest time entry follows a weekly schedule from Monday to Sunday and must be submitted by 12 PM CST every Monday without exception. Contractors must log all hours worked for the previous month by the first day of the following month.
  • Expenses in Harvest follow a monthly schedule. All expenses and applicable receipts must be recorded and submitted to Harvest by the last day of each month.
