Lauren Faulkner, MA, is a Research Director of Litigation Surveys and Consumer Science at IMS. With extensive experience in survey research, Lauren designs and manages projects focused on Intellectual Property (IP) and marketing research. Her expertise spans a variety of areas, including false advertising, fame, likelihood of confusion, materiality, and secondary meaning. She has also worked on projects involving usage, attitudes, and customer segmentation.
Before joining IMS, Lauren was a business analyst at Kantar, where she specialized in advertising tracking, brand tracking, and copy testing studies. Prior to that, she worked at the Office for Survey Research (OSR) at Michigan State University. Lauren helped manage numerous social science research studies for the university, and for public, nonprofit and private sector organizations.
Lauren holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Public Policy from Michigan State University.
