IMS Jury Consultant Nick Polavin, PhD will co-present on trial psychology with mock voir dire and mock trial exercises at the Columbus Bar Association's Trial Skills Institute event on December 2, 2022, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm ET.
Held at the Columbus Bar Association’s headquarters in Columbus, Ohio, this CLE program will focus on the psychology of trials from beginning to end. Dr. Polavin will join two attorneys and two judges to facilitate a dialogue about voir dire strategy at the end of the mock voir dire. He will then lead a discussion following the mock trial’s conclusion about thematic arguments, jury psychology, and what jurors found to be persuasive.
