Denise Atwood, a Certified Life Care Planner with more than three decades in nursing, brings expertise across adult and pediatric intensive care units, trauma, burn injury, emergency room, surgical nursing, employee health, infection control, compliance, and risk management. She holds a Certified Professional Health Care Risk Management (CPHRM) certification and conducts nurse ethics evaluations for the Arizona State Board of Nursing. Denise has taught health law, ethics, and legal issues in business as an adjunct professor at Ottawa University, the University of Phoenix, and Grand Canyon University.
