IMS was thrilled to sponsor the PTAB Bar Association Annual Conference, held virtually on September 24-25, 2020. The PTAB Bar Association came into fruition in 2012 when the number of patent trial and appeal board cases increased significantly. They seek to preserve and promote the highest professional and ethical standards among lawyers and stakeholders who appear before the PTAB.
The Annual Conference brings together a diverse group of individuals, including in-house practitioners from the biotech and high-tech industries as well as speakers from the bench who will offer a broad range of viewpoints and insights.
