- Open payments, purchase orders, and payment terms are still valid and will be honored
- New invoices will show the updated IMS logo and the IMS Legal Strategies name
- The “Pay To” will now be IMS Legal Strategies
- Bank account numbers will remain the same
- New lockbox information will be reflected in rebranded invoices
- Our email domain changed for all IMS email addresses from xyz@expertservices.com to xyz@imslegal.com
- If you require a new vendor profile to be set up, please send necessary forms to invoices@imslegal.com
