Primary Case Issue
This was a breach of contract dispute. A marketing communications agency was tasked with videotaping sports athletes as part of a promotional video. Athletes were filmed in front of a green screen on which different colored tape was used as markings. The tape was allegedly difficult to remove digitally and jeopardized the product, creating more work post-production. The sports company withheld payment because of this, breaching their contract with the marketing agency.
